Customer Training Specialist

Responsible for the creation, development and delivery of customer training courses and materials on assigned product or technology area. Courses can be instructor-led, web-based or live, interactive seminars. Will conduct customer training at PKI Tech Centers, at a customer site, or web-based as appropriate. May provide support to customer/users as a follow up to training.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop and Deliver User Training (Primary Role). Conducts training courses for external customers and internal employees in the use of assigned product line/technology. Interacts with internal organizations to develop training course content. Ensures that course material reflects current product features and specifications. Instructs participants on theory, operation, sample preparation, user maintenance and basic applications in a setting that blends classroom lectures, laboratory sessions and web-based training.

Maintain Training Documentation. Play an active role in the development, implementation and update of training documentation, user information services and in-house training knowledgebase systems to improve the efficiency of users.


New Product Introduction. Will attend seminars and training on new products within assigned product lines to enable the creation of training materials for new and update courses.
