This is a fantastic new sales opportunity for anyone with a hunter mentality who enjoys developing new markets and customer relationships. As Sales Manager for the MEA region you will be working with one other Sales Manager to help develop new business in the oil, gas and pipe industries with a particular focus in oil-rich countries like Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates meaning there will be a huge amount of business opportunities for you to pursue.

The company you will be working with develop, manufacture and distribute their own range of Coatings products for the Industrial, Light Vehicle, Automotive and Machinery markets and are currently in the process of developing new business within the Pipe Coatings field, so they have just launched a new product range to help them successfully enter the market. The company offer home-office working for this role which will give you a lot of flexibility to manage your own time so you can create a good work-life balance in the long run.

You will be joining a diverse Sales Team of 10 people and will be working on a consistent pipeline of projects with different functional groups throughout the year which involves R&D, Sales and Marketing to help with new product launches and to help develop successful customer accounts, ensuring you get a lot of diversity in your position. You will report into the Technical Director but will have a range of project leaders who will provide guidance and assistance throughout most of your working time.

Role:

  • New Business Development including cold-contact with potential customers
  • Assistance with product launch products providing commercial advice and input to project teams
  • Providing feedback to the Applications and R&D teams on new test products and formulations
  • Developing new accounts creating new revenue streams

Requirements:

  • At least 6 years experience in Sales of Coatings products
  • Previous experience in the pipe-coatings sector preferred
  • Fluent Arabic and a good level of English
