Staff Service Centre

The Staff Service Centre aims to deliver value to all staff by providing relevant, timely, accessible and integrated access to services.  A priority for this initiative is to improve staff access to information as it relates to central administrative functions in the first instance. 

The Staff Service Centre is the first point of contact for all University staff. The team consists of customer service and specialist staff.  Reporting to the Team Leader, Staff Service Centre, you will be responsible for providing specialised IT support services. 

As a Customer Service Representative – IT, you will exceed the customer expectations by providing excellent quality service, assistance and information via the Staff Service Centre (SSC) environment.

To be successful in this role you will have strong communication skills and excel at problem solving.

  • Ideally you will have had 4 years of experience in a similar role
  • Understanding of the Tertiary sector
  • An interest in customer service support in a major international University.
