Job Details
Job Purpose
The post of Employer Liaison Officer is situated within and supports the work of the Employer Relations team. The post involves organising and running recruitment and information events and establishing and maintaining effective relationships with employers.
Person Specification
Essential:
- Educated to A-level standard (or equivalent)
- Experience of organising events
- Excellent organisation skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Well-developed problem solving skills
- Experience of working in customer focused environment
- Proven attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage own workload
- Strong interpersonal and team working skills
- High level of computing proficiency (e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Past experience of successfully dealing with conflicting priorities in a fast paced environment
- Experience of working in an office environment
Desirable:
- Knowledge of HE and the graduate labour market
- Previous marketing/publicity experience
- Project management experience
