Territory Manager - Autonomy and Value

My client offers the chance to join a global company as a Territory covering the North West England area. You be joining an orthopaedics company with a difference, a company that offers real autonomy with support in the background should you need it. The company believes in letting people work the way they need to in order to get results and will not micromanage your day to day activity. It's a chance to step into a role offering greater freedom but knowing there is support available should you need it. With a say in the company you will be encouraged to bring new ideas to the table as well as have a say should you have concerns or issues. The company encourage their staff to be people and not numbers and it's an amazing chance to be in a company that you really feel part of and can have influence in. If you're a more junior candidate the company can also offer guidance and support, so if you work within orthopaedic sales currently and want to join a company that will offer real progression and development opportunities this could be an ideal role for you!
The role will cover a territory North West of England. You will need to be located in the area to be considered.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous orthopaedic sales experience (12 months minimum)
- A good track record of sales and consistent work history
- Be located in the region already or willing to relocate
