Product Manager - Dental

I'm currenrly recruiting for a Product Manager position for the endodontic field for a large dental company in Switzerland. This is strategic marketing role focussed more on B2B marketing rather than direct consumer contact and managing relationships. You will work alongside another 2 Product Managers as you help to market a product range of around 100 instruments and spread the brand name.

Your main duties will therefore be:

• Supporting the Senior Product Manager in the implementation of the Manual Files strategy
• Developing convincing campaigns with the Marcom team to support the commercial team
• Managing and optimizing the current product portfolio
• Providing monthly market analysis and regular competitive benchmark
• Establishing and assuring adherence to budgets, schedules, work plans and performance requirements
• Managing the accessories portfolio

Currently in a phase of continuous evolation, my client and I are now looking for a NEW Product Manager to strengthen an already dynamic and multi-national team in the Suisse Romande. As the perfect time to join them, you will became a part of a fantastic and presently expanding company, where you will take part in marketing a range of endodontic equipment. Previous dental experience is not necessary, thus the perfect opportunity for any candidates wishing to move into the field of dental technology!

We are looking for the following profile:

• Degree in Business/Marketing or Engineering (A Master is an advantage)
• 5 years experience within any marketing function
• Fluent German spoken and written (all other languages ​​are a plus)
• Experience in an international environment
• Experience in R&D and product development
• Experience in B2B
• Willingness to travel 20-30%
• Willingness to move to Switzerland
