Senior Quality Specialist - Diagnostics (IVD) - Hamburg

One of my clients in Hamburg - a small but growing firm who are expanding their market presence in the diagnostics industry - is looking for a Quality Assurance Professional to join their QM function.

This is a brand new position due to expansion plans and growth within this small firm. My client needs someone who can work in QM within the full life-cycle. Tasks can include CAPA, process improvement, QMS, validation, verification, supplier management etc. as well as production projects.

The unique thing about this role is that you would be covering for the QA Manager at first, who is on maternity leave. Once this manager is back, this will remain a QA specialist role. This is a great opportunity for those experienced candidates who are looking to add value to their CV in the future. Furthermore, since this is a smaller company, you have the benefit of broad exposure in terms of skills to be gained.

Successful candidates for this position should have:

* 2-3+ years Quality Assurance experience in the medical devices industry (preferrably IVD)

* Experience in CAPA, process improvement, QMS and Audits etc.

* FDA standards experience would be a big advantage

* Fluent English and German
