Job Details
The Department of Surgery provides comprehensive and sub-specialty care in the areas of Cardiothoracic Surgery, Dental-Oral, Maxillo-facial Surgery, General Surgery, Breast Surgery, Neurosurgery, Ophthalmology, Orthopaedic Surgery, Otolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery, Paediatric Surgery, Plastic Surgery, Urology and Vascular Surgery.
Responsibilities You will have an independent consultant status and undertake undergraduate and postgraduate teaching, research and specified administrative activities.
Requirements
You must have completed a structured postgraduate training in Orthodontics, possess FCPS in Orthodontics/M-Orth/American Board of Orthodontics or equivalent qualification, and demonstrated scholarship through research, publications and/or contribution to education. Fellowship in Orthodontic will be an advantage. Applicants for Assistant Professor should have at least two years’ experience as Senior Instructor or equivalent while applicants for Associate Professor should have eight years of teaching / research experience in a HEC recognized University with five years’ post-terminal experience of teaching.
