Associate Product Manager - Training and Progression!

Are you looking to join a leader in the orthopaedics field? Want to market great products and have training to help you develop and grow so you can advance your career?

My client offers you the chance to expand your career journey marketing their leading orthopaedic devices. The position is a junior marketing position that is great for you if you're looking to make a move to a leader and have less experience with marketing orthopaedics. Alternatively if you have experience with orthopaedics and want to make a transition into marketing this is also a great chance to make the move with no prior marketing experience required. With strong growth in the company there are excellent opportunities for career progression within the company, training will be offered to help you get to grips with marketing the product portfolio. There will also be training and development schemes to help you advance within the company into more senior positions, so there are many opportunities to advance fast and earn more while marketing innovative leading devices. The company are also happy to help you develop in the direction that suits you, so if you're looking to transition into another division or different area the company will offer development schemes to help you achieve this, meaning you won't be limited in the direction you wish to progress.

The role is based in the Swindon area, so you will ideally be located in the area but relocation is an option from abroad. Interviews have already begun so don't delay an application!

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous sales/marketing experience with Orthopaedic devices
  • If no previous marketing experience then a strong technical understanding of orthopaedics
  • Be located in the Swindon area or open to relocation
  • Fluent English speaking (C1 minimum)
