Senior Regulatory Specialist - household products!
Our client is a leading consumer products organisation offering some of the leading brands in the market. With a broad range of products, this is a role that will offer unheard of exposure to every European legislation making you an all rounded regulatory individual but with a focus on CLP. This is a support role to the current department manager and will involve not just regulatory issues but a potential to take on GHS and CLP
This is a unique position for those at Senior Officer level with experience in CLP (Classification and Labelling), GHS, REACh registrations and Biocide Product Regulations. This will offer exposure to a variety of legislation, not just CLP and REACH but will predominantly work with all household product regulations as well as IUCLID.
You will work on checking supplier compliance to the various legislation with a main focus on Biocidal Product Regulations. You will play a hands on role in registrations.
As this is a support role, you will play a part in supporting other areas of legislative compliance potentially including REACh, GHS and CLP (not set in stone) and across either a UK or regional remit.
QUALIFICATIONS
Educated to degree level within Chemistry or Biology. Other scientific disciplines will be accepted.
Those who have regulatory compliance experience within these areas, particularly Biocides and Pesticides are encouraged to apply. Particularly those who have experience within FMCG and household products.
Ideally experience with CLP - Classification and Labelling
REACh and Biocides experience. Familiarity with IUCLID.
Ability to be based close to the site fulltime 5 days per week
