Executive Quality Manager - Industrial Automation: Pharmacy

One of my clients, a global corporation with a new subsidiary focusing on new technologies in the area of automation, is currently looking for an executive level professional in Quality Assurance for a fantastic opportunity based near the beautiful and quaint city of Koblenz. This is a great chance for someone who is looking for a role that is focused on adding value to a business from a strategic and operational perspective. Managing the Regulatory and Quality team in different locations across Europe, this is a senior role where you would be managing end to end quality activities and overlooking protocol and procedures to make sure your department is running smoothly. Furthermore you would be setting up Quality management systems, implementing changes and improvements, and leading strategy meetings in terms of direction of the Quality Management function for the business. In return my client is offering a fantastic salary package with a great benefits structure as well. They are also willing to be flexible in regards to home office flexibilities for those who wish to commute weekly.

Successful Candidates will have:

• 8-10 years minimum experience in Quality Assurance in the industrial automation sector
• Strong management experience
• Background/Experience in software incorporated devices
• Medical Devices experience would be a bonus
• Regulatory experience would be of advantage
• Solid Quality Assurance background with experience in full lifecycle QM and end to end quality processes.
• Fluent German and English
• Flexibility to travel
