Pharma Sales Manager Team of 8 - CH

I am representing one of the leading pharmaceutical company's in the industry who are expanding their sales presence across Europe within both research and development and their commercial outreach.

Currently they are expanding their Swiss pharmaceutical sales team and are looking for an experienced scientific-minded and target driven individual to not only lead and motivate two sales force teams (comprimising in total about 8 people) on the field as well as networking with key players in the industry. As manager you will also be involved with strategy and co-ordinating logistics.

Your profile:

• Fluent German and understanding of French and English and any other language being advantageous
• Pharmaceutical sales experience (with a proven track record)
• Previous management / leadership experience
• Knowledge of Swiss healthcare system and market
• Sales experience within the pharmaceutical industry (profiles who do NOT have pharmaceutical sales experience will not be considered)
