Senior Scientist position is in Translational Pathology Group, Biologics Discovery, Palo Alto. Looking for a highly motivated individual who will support mechanism of action studies of the Merck immune-oncology drugs and conduct studies to characterize target expression in human tumors and blood.
Qualifications
Education:
- A MS or PhD degree or equivalent in Immunology or a related field is required.
Required:
- Extensive work experience in multicolor flow cytometry and cell sorting (FACS) is required.
- Experience working with human and animal tissues is highly desirable.
- Ability to work on different projects in parallel is required.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team and interact with colleagues in a multidisciplinary environment is important.
