Job Details
This post will lead a programme of research of national and international standing in mathematical modelling and simulation of biophysical processes in agricultural production and soil and water resources, as a core part of the externally-funded NERC project on peri-urban agriculture. You will develop new areas of independent research and contribute to leadership and research strategy on modelling and simulation in the broader area of agriculture and climate research within the School and Faculty.
You will have a PhD in natural sciences, engineering or other relevant field. You will also have experience of planning and delivery of research projects and experience of numerical modelling and simulation.
