Senior Regulatory Manager Personal care
Boasting interest and involvement in a number of industries and sectors, our client has a confident diverse revenue pipeline. In current economic climate such offerings mean job security and a chance to be exposed to a number of different areas. Our clients Consumer Products range is involved in the production of raw materials for personal care and cosmetics. Subsequently, they seek a Regulatory Expert within Cosmetics and Personal care to help with the regulatory strategy and guidance on compliance.
This is a great opportunity for those who consider themselves Regulatory experts within cosmetics to operate as the go to expert for personal care regulations.
You will be responsible for defending active ingredient registrations and support the innovation department on screening regulatory issues for new products.
The position is a global position but with a predominant EU focus. You will monitor where the threats are coming from concerning personal care and cosmetics regulation. Much of this will relate to looking at the difference between ingredients in USA and Europe whilst keeping an eye on China and APAC.
There is scope to grow into this position as you will have scope to learn and be exposed to biocide regulations.
QUALIFICATIONS
Educated to degree level within Science. Educational experience with cosmetic product formulation and personal care will be welcomed.
A heavy weight regulatory professional within personal care / cosmetics
A technical background within product formulation or demonstrable experience within raw materials of personal care / cosmetics will be welcomed.
Ability to advise and lead on regulatory strategy for personal care / cosmetics.
Previous experience of being the go to regulatory expert concerning personal care regulations
