Pharma Commercial Operation Assistant - CH
Excellent opportunity for a driven and experienced commercial operations individual to join a dynamic and fun team based in Zurich. flexibility to work between 80-100%.
As a commercial operations assistant you will be reporting directly to the Head of Sales & Marketing and be a team of 2 people. You will have varied day to day tasks including events organisation such as organising congresses, drafting and issuing contracts, confirming the marketing budget and administration of the CRM system.
The company is currently in a period of growth thus providing a certain amount of job security and you will be part of an international environment.
I am looking for someone who is already based in Switzerland who has previous pharmaceutical sales and marketing experience.
Key requirements:
- Native German and English speaker as well as (ideally) French
- Basic business training
- Training in sales, marketing or events
- Previous experience as an assistant within the pharmaceutical industry
