Special needs TA - Experience with autism needed! - Derbyshire

One of the county's most well-know autistic schools, is looking for five Special Needs Teaching & Learning Assistants to join their high-performing school on a permanent basis ASAP.

Due to the school's popularity, it is expanding quite rapidly so 2017 is set to be an exciting year. What makes this school unique is the fact that it boats a personalised curriculum for each student that's enrolled. This is great for the pupil but also for your enjoyment too as you'll be helping to teach the national curriculum as well as helping to improve the pupil's autism related needs. You'll be expanding your knowledge base as well as having an amazing sense of satisfaction with the knowledge that your work is helping to improve the lives of these pupils.

The school is based in easy commuting distance of Belper and the A20 which means that commuting is easy. With everything combined, this role couldn't be more of a catch.

You need to have experience of working in a TA or Learning Support role, ideally in a special needs school and with autistic children.
