He/She will manage and expand a Global Talent Acquisition team to create a world class recruiting function to shape the future of PerkinElmer, and provide strategic recommendations and guidance to allow leadership to successfully meet organizational needs.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
He/She will manage and expand a Global Talent Acquisition team to create a world class recruiting function to shape the future of PerkinElmer, and provide strategic recommendations and guidance to allow leadership to successfully meet organizational needs.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and drive Talent Acquistion strategy and implement the delivery of world class talent identification.
- Establish Talent Acquistion requirements by understanding business goals and culture
- Select and manage all recruiting-related vendor partnerships
- Focus Talent Acquisiton team on proactively building an on-going pipeline of talent for current and future needs.
- Create innovative practices for talent attraction and engagement
- Implement and continually improve TA tools, methodologies, policies and procedures appropriate to the recruiting objectives of the business (ATS, interview training, EEO/AAP/Diversity/other).
- Identify reports to communicate recruiting status statistics including cost, time, status and quality.
- Utilize data to determine TA recruiting strategy, including external partnerships
- Develop high impact Talent Acquisition “brand.” Oversee strategy for social media outlets for TA including: LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, other and continually improve current social profile.
- Lead, manage, mentor, build and inspire the global Talent Acquisition team.
- Monitor, improve and reduce the costs of the Talent Acquisition process.
- Direct, design and measure results of advertisements and promotional programs.
- Manage the Talent Acquisition budget.
