Director of Quality/ QP

This role is as director of quality/ QP; you will be in charge of the quality functions in the manufacturing site and act as the 'go to person' for all operations quires and is also in charge of stakeholder management for the quality department.

This is an amazing opportunity to for a senior manager to fast track his/her career to director level. My client as European CMO is looking for a candidate who has to drive to ensure business booms but also wants to develop themselves from within the company structure. They are looking for an all rounder candidate - who has experience in GMP (GxP preferred), an experience with liquid products (sterile not needed) in order to support and manage all stages of production.

To be considered for this opportunity you will need:

• 5+ years experience in a quality management/ compliance positon
• GMP expert
• team management experience - production/ manufacturing teams a is a advantage - 20+ management experience
• QP named on licence
• Stakeholder management
• Operational quality experience
• Liquid dosage form
• Pharmaceutical experience preferred (cosmetic also accepted)
• Masters / bachelors degree in scientific discipline
• CAPA, Change control and SOP experience
• Management experience
• You will need to be fluent in English and Dutch (written and spoken) for this position.
