WANTED: Strategic Account Manager in Molecular Biology for international company

Working as a Strategic Account Manager, you will be responsible of building and developing lasting relationships with new and existing customers - with the opportunity of growing professionally and with an autonomous approach.

Additionally, you will be part of a leading global manufacturer and supplier of labelling and detection solutions in the applied science markets. My client is looking for a self-motivated, enthusiastic and dependable sales person, who is able to work autonomously from home, to join their international team.

The role will be home based (yes, no need to go to an office everyday!), and the successful candidate will cover the South area of the UK. Plenty of company perks and benefits are provided for the candidate to be able to travel nationally around 80% of the time, with occasional international meetings in the company's headquarters in continental Europe or USA.

What my client is looking for:

  • A life sciences degree - a relevant Masters or PhD would be an advantage.
  • 3+ years experience in the pharma sales industry, with other relevant experience also considered.
  • Deep knowledge of the Pharmacological industry companies structure.
  • Very familiar with Molecular Biology products.
  • A full UK driving licence.
  • Great critical thinking and problem solving
