Head of Programming - Build department - Italy

My client, a uniquely successful business whom mainly focus on medical devices that currently have an opportunity to further build the pharmaceutical sector of the business. They are now searching for a new Head of Programming to work closely with the Head of Global Biometrics in order to further build the whole Biometrics department.

This opportunity will see you initially managing a small team of 4 people around the world whilst you work closely to build the business with the Biometrics Head and work hands on with different projects as well. You will be able to put in place your ideas and work to build a successful team. You will be expected to complete standard day to day activities of a SAS Programmer. You will actively participate in the development of Global Biometrics department as per department vision and in line with Clinical Affairs and Company strategic objectives. Other responsibilities will include being accountable for all global clinical & statistical programming deliverables.

To be considered for this position you should have a background of 5 years as a SAS Programmer with strong experience in CDISC from the Pharmaceutical industry. It would be beneficial to have people management experience however this is not necessary.
