One of the most famous medical technology companies operating in the European market require a Sales Manager to lead a team of 9 professionals in order to develop sales for their endoscopic business unit across Switzerland and Austria.

This is a management level position requiring a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record in both sales success and leadership. You'll be tasked with managing the team's efforts across Switzerland and Austria to ensure a continual increase in revenue for the endoscopy business unit. You will be required to travel extensively across Switzerland and Austria and maintain close communication with the senior management team across other business units to ensure the teams are working in a collaborative nature. As a Sales Manager, you'll be part of a company who are at the peak of their success with great plans for 2017 and a rare opportunity to work with a well recognised product line.

Key Requirements for this Sales Manager position for endoscopy devices include:

  • At least 8 years of medical device sales experience within a global MedTech company
  • Proven success as a sales leader and previous experience in managing small teams
  • Ability to travel up to 90% across Switzerland and Austria
  • Fluency in German and English. French is highly beneficial but not essential
  • Candidates can be based anywhere in Switzerland or Austria and will ideally be based close to major transport links
