Enrolment Officer

Working in the University's central Records, Enrolment and Fees area, this position has primary responsibility for managing the Academic Standing and Late Deletion processes.

It is a high volume area and would suit someone that likes a challenge and wants to have ownership of what they are doing.

The primary functions of the Enrolment Officer role involves:

• Managing the Academic Standing and Late Deletion processes (including liaising with faculties as needed)
• Managing student and staff enquiries relating to enrolment
• Monitoring student enrolments to ensure actions are made in accordance with University regulations and corresponding fees are calculated correctly.
• Providing assistance to faculty staff as needed
• Creating and preparing training workshops to staff on enrolment-related processes/functions

The successful candidate/applicant will have an understanding of the tertiary environment, have excellent communication skills, attention to detail and be able to work independently.
