Project title: Development and application of novel next-generation sequencing and single-cell genomics methods to studying DNA double strand breaks
Project description: The aim of the project is to develop and apply novel genomic methods to study DNA double-strand breaks in various eukaryotic organisms, in order to provide new perspectives to our understanding of mechanisms of their formation, repair and influence on genome instability.

Salary/stipend amount/month: 6000 - 9000 PLN
Maximum period of contract/stipend agreement: 3 years
