Job Details
We are currently looking for an enthusiastic postdoctoral fellow to join our team and to develop and apply machine learning techniques to large-scale genomics data. The aim of the project is to investigate the relation of tissue-specific transcription with clinical covariates in cancer. The project will combine publicly available cancer data with single cell expression data generated at GIS to uncover transcriptional features with a high predictive power.
