Account Manager - Growing Company in NGS & qPCR - Spain

German corporation, operating worldwide has expanded their diagnostics portfolio to sophisticated Next Generation sequencing and qPCR equipment. This is the company with a great reputation on the market due to their expansion in the European diagnostics business, therefore an excellent opportunity for an experienced sales professional who wants to get their name out in the industry and build direct sales division in Spain!

In Spain the company has been selling mainly via distribution, however, recently they decided to change this to direct sales strategy and therefore need a key account manager to start developing the business. Technical support will be provided to you from the headquarter; also there are quite a few contracts build already so you will get clients to start with.

The business is looking to add a strong sales key account manager with excellent genomics and molecular diagnostics background. The role will allow you to develop within the corporation, expand your background and get you name out in the industry with a growing corporation.

Experience needed:

  • 4 years of sales experience with Next Generation Sequencing products and qPCR
  • Molecular biology or other life sciences education background
  • Experience travelling across Spain and building similar laboratory diagnostics sales accounts
  • Native Spanish and good English languages
