High Level Assembly – Test Supervisor

We are seeking a High Level Assembly - Test Supervisor based in Santa Clara, California.

Position Overview
Lead and coordinate the manufacturing activities for the assembly and test of high technology amorphous silicon flat panel detectors to meet production goals, quality, and cost objectives.
 

Specific Duties and Responsibilities
 

• Control and own production schedules based on customer needs, product introduction, equipment efficiency and materials supply
• Manage RMA diagnosis and repair
• Coordinate internal and external material flows to production schedule
• Develop schedule and manpower requirements for assigned areas
• Monitor and coordinate training of operator and production technician staff
• Trend product yields and SPC
• Ownership role in first pass yields, cycle time and on time delivery
• Select and develop employees to ensure an efficient operation and high employee engagement
• Provide ongoing performance feedback to employees with a focus on continuous improvement
• Ensure operational compliance with established FDA, ISO, and other requirements
• Advocate and champion a safe working environment
