The role

The Senior Integration Developer provides expertise in analysis, development and support in the integration domain. This role focuses on the integration of core UQ systems through the delivery of re-usable APIs as application building blocks for accessing and sharing the University's key data assets. Integration is considered a critical capability at UQ and is increasingly important as we continue to improve the interoperability across current and future systems. You will work with the latest enterprise and cloud based technologies to produce highly available and scalable APIs and integration flows.

The person

You'll have significant experience in object oriented programming and data modelling, and will be an effective problem solver who works well with others to achieve positive outcomes. Experience with any of agile software development, DevOps practices and tools, Amazon Web Services (AWS), Java or platform environments such as API gateways and ESBs will be highly regarded.

These roles are full-time; however flexible working arrangements may be negotiated.

Remuneration

Two full-time continuing positions and one 12 month fixed term position are available at HEW Level 7. The remuneration package will be in the range $79,498 - $86,950 p.a., plus employer superannuation contributions.
