We are seeking a highly motivated Student & Programme Advisor to join our Postgraduate Programme team at the University of Auckland Business School. The programmes are designed for pre-experience graduates seeking a professional Masters degree that will enable them to kick-start their careers.

You’ll provide professional and effective day to day advice and support for international and domestic student recruitment, admissions, and enrolment; programme delivery including cohort management, academic and pastoral advising; delivery of activities to enhance the student experience; internal and external relationship management; and other related administrative functions.

What do we need from you?

This is a professional and fast-paced role. To excel in it, you’ll need the following:

  • A Bachelors degree in a business-related subject (essential); a Masters is preferred.
  • 3-5 years’ relevant work experience.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong presentation skills. 
  • A flexible and innovative approach, with the ability to operate within a team environment.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
