Job Details

My client, a top manufacturer and supplier in Asia, is looking for a Key Account Manager working with polymer TPE products, to help them in their rapid expansion plans in Europe, covering the EMEA area.

The role involves building and developing a clientele network in the D/A/CH region, mainly working with automotive and medical devices companies, but also maintaining and strengthening existing relationships with former clients. My client's business plans include to enable future rapid growth, therefore you will be in charge of a selective portfolio based on innovative thermoplastic elastomers (TPE) and similar products - feeling in charge of your own career success and development.

My client is also known for his large R&D inversion, with a short-term business strategy focused to build on these growth areas and successfully take the region up.

The role is office (Dusseldorf) or home based (yes, save productive time!), split between travelling and admin days from home. To attract the right candidate, my client offers a competitive basic salary, negotiable depending on experience, an achievable on targets bonus scheme, and other perks and benefits - such as car allowance, private medical insurance, IT equipment… - to make sure you can develop your full potential and produce a rapid business development.

The right candidate should have:

A life sciences degree - a relevant Masters or PhD would be an advantage.

  • 3+ years experience of relevant sales industry, with experience working with automotive and medical devices companies.
  • Deep knowledge of TPE and similar products.
  • A full driving licence.
