KA /152052/2 - Sales Director - Global Diagnostics Company - Switzerland Wide

A well established company within the diagnostics sector are searching for a Sales Director to lead a team of 8 professionals across the Swiss market.

As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for bringing harmonisation throughout the team and adapting to change as this company goes through an acquisition. You will be tasked with working closely with both customers and team members in the field and driving forward strategy within one of their most successful diagnostic business units. You will be part of a vast company with a lot of intercultural aspects and will work closely with leaders who recognise how to develop teams and go the extra mile to ensure employee satisfaction.

Key Requirements for this Sales Director position include:

  • At least 8 years of sales leadership experience
  • At least 10 years of sales experience within the diagnostic market
  • Working experience on both a local and international level
  • Fluent English and German with a strong understanding of French
  • Candidates can be home based anywhere in Switzerland, however the ideal candidate will be based close to Zurich
