Territory Manager - Improve Patient Outcomes

Do you want to manage accounts for a leader in continence care? Are you great and building relations and want an opportunity to build lasting relations that will help improve patient lives?

My client offers the chance to join a world leader as a Territory Business Manager. From a position of being a smaller company my client has experienced rapid growth over the last few years and as a result is a growing leader in the continence care field. The position will involve building lasting relations with KOL's and hospital departments in order to keep existing clients and develop new business relations. As part of a company that offers a leading portfolio of products, you will be at the forefront of developing new opportunities and maintaining existing ones, having the chance to positively impact the health of patients in the process. Your work will help to keep the company's key continence accounts in existing hospitals as well as help patients to access them in new hospitals. It's a great chance to have a positive impact on patient outcomes and by doing training and demonstrations on products to ensure key people are aware of the advantages of working with the continence products you sell. It's a great chance to work in a softer sell environment where long lasting relationships are vital and you will have the autonomy to maintain and develop relationships in a style that suits you.

There are currently two vacancies for this position. This first will cover North West England and the second will cover South West England.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous sales experience in medical devices, ideally within continence care
  • A strong track record of sales
  • Be located in the region already or willing to relocate
  • Experience in influencing both clinical and non-clinical stakeholders
  • Experience of working with continence leads and procurement
