France Regulatory Lead & Responsible Pharmacist

My Client is a growing pharmaceutical company is looking for a France Regulatory Lead & Responsible Pharmacist to join their Research & Development team on a permanent or contract basis. This is a great opportunity for an experienced professional to be part of all regulatory aspects from product conception to market release.

The global organisation is searching for a person:

• Responsible for the management of the Regulatory Affairs (RA) function in France, ensuring compliance of marketing authorisation dossiers with local regulatory requirements.
• Ensuring that all resources are in place to meet local regulatory requirements to ensure that compliant quality procedures are maintained and aligned with corporate & local QMS requirements as necessary to maintain the local ANSM authorisation Exploitant de médicaments autres que les médicaments expérimentaux (distributor).
• Who will manage and appoint delegate pharmacist (PR intérimaires)

The key skills required:

• Pharmacist degree (PharmD or PhD preferred)
• Registration to Section B of the French National Council of Pharmacists;
• Minimum of 10 years' experience within the pharmaceutical industry, with 5-10 years' experience as a Pharmacien Responsable, ideally for an "exploitant" Company that is part of a global organization.
• Experience in people management
• Fluency in French and English
