Faculty of Creative Arts and Industries

Are you a pragmatic marketer who follows industry trends and best practice? Do you understand the value of creative arts education and research?

An opportunity exists in our Marketing and Communications team for a self-motivated, experienced marketing consultant who will lead the implementation of our faculty recruitment and marketing plan. Working in our team will suit someone who is creative, accurate, strategic and analytical, with a good sense of humour and a terrific work ethic.

Responsibilities include:

  • Understanding our faculty and Schools profiles.
  • Implementing and measuring faculty recruitment and marketing plan according to objectives and budget.
  • Preparing detailed campaign, photographic, video and design briefs.
  • Advising on branding, positioning and communications.
  • Providing content direction to our team of content writers and event coordinators.
  • Editing and proofreading.
  • Liaising with external vendors.
  • Monitoring projects and analysing results.
  • Preparing reports with suggestions for improvement and new ideas.
  • Keeping abreast of market changes and industry best practice.


Qualifications of Marketing Advisor: 

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant tertiary qualification.
  • Experience working with advertising / branding agencies.
  • Experience in a diverse range of marketing and advertising activities across print, digital and social media.
  • Experience working with high-performing teams and complex environments.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
