Temp Services

Temp Services is an in-house solution for temporary staffing across the University of Auckland.

This is a very busy time of year for the University of Auckland with lots of preparation before our students commence Semester 1.

We currently require a team of 5 temps to assist a department with the processing of student information.

The requirements of these positions will be checking documentation and application forms containing student data, requesting missing information, imputing data into multiple systems and providing advice to students.

To be successful you will have:

  • Previous administrative and/or data entry experience
  • Fast and accurate data entry skills
  • A strong eye for detail and spot missing information with ease
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • An aptitude to pick up multiple systems and processes


The roles are based within our City Campus, are full-time, Monday to Friday, starting around the 10th Feb 2017 for a period of 7-8 weeks. If you are available for the term of the assignments and hold the requested experience, please submit your CV online for consideration.
