The Role

Reporting to the Associate Director, MBA Careers this position is responsible for the provision of holistic career services to MBA students.  Including:  understanding student career aspirations and charting the career trajectory; resume assessment, preparation and critique; advice on building personal brand through proactive industry engagement and digital platforms; assisting students with employment applications; interview and communication techniques.

The Person

The successful candidate will possess relevant qualifications and experience.  You will also have proven understanding of issues relating to the recruitment and employment opportunities for senior executives within Australia and overseas. High level written, oral and interpersonal communication skills are essential as is the ability to liaise with and influence a wide variety of current and potential stakeholders.  Importantly, you will possess the skills and capability to assess MBA employability and be able to promote MBA talent to business, industry and government.

Remuneration 

This is a full-time, continuing appointment at HEW Level 6. The remuneration package will be in the range $74,207- $79,964p.a., plus 17% employer superannuation contributions of up to 17% (total package will be in the range $86,822- $93,558 p.a.).
