Operationally, you will be involved in the running of the in-house contact centre team but you will also have management oversight and supervision of junior medical information staff.

The great thing about this position is that my client is looking for medical information professionals with one or two years of experience in the field. You will be keen on the development of your career, and able to take on management of up to ten direct reports.
