Site Leader/Lab Computing Team Leader

• Responsible for all client related Services for Cambridge.
• This includes direct management of the Lab Computing team, management of the team members and management of the other team leaders and new Scientific Service Application team.
• Execution of different business will be handled by the Team Leaders in each team.
• Management of the overall client site in Cambridge to ensure fulfillment of SLA's.
• Attending and hosting Operational and Governance meetings.
• Seeking growth opportunities within client (company) that can also be expanded outside Cambridge
• Development of Lab Computing teams in terms of competence.
• Ensuring execution for Lab Computing team for compliance to all processes and procedures.

• 5-10 years in service management role focused around supporting SLA's or business related targets.

• BS (or higher) in Computer Science or Information Technology or related disciplines
