We are seeking an experienced team leader with a proven track record of delivering a high level of exceptional customer service to lead a team of financial administrators.
The purpose of this position is to provide operational expertise in financial administration support including managing, training and coaching the Finance Assistants to execute their tasks. You will be responsible for providing leadership and guidance within the Faculty Finance Team, managing and implementing projects and processes, and providing analysis and advice to staff and management within the Faculty.
You will have outstanding people skills, excellent communication skills, skills in problem solving, negotiation and relationship building, ability to manage change, a commitment to equity and an understanding of responsibilities under the Treaty of Waitangi.
You will be part of a larger Faculty Finance Team, and as well as a need to be flexible and open to change, there will be an expectation to work and collaborate with your colleagues. This is a broad role which offers both challenge and variety.
