Head of Clinical Development, Generics, Home-Based, Focus on high growth markets with a split between Bioequivalence and late phase clinical

We are currently searching for a head of clinical development to join a fast growing global generics company who are looking to expand their position in Europe and ROW. Specifically for this role we are looking for someone who can work independently and manage teams across EU and APAC. Regarding location, the company has a number of offices across Europe, so there is scope to offer both office and home based options. The reason for this is because the company have a strong global and virtual culture and as can be expected, with a high amount of travelling, they wish to offer a level of flexibility for candidates. I would strongly recommend this role to those who have strong experience in bioequivalence clinical, who would wish to take a step up into a fast paced global strategic clinical development position.

Package:

• Package will be specific down to location due to differences in taxes/living costs/local market forces, hence we will be happy to discuss remuneration on a case by case basis.

Key points:

• Management of a global team (10+)
• Mixture of Bioequivalence and late phase (80% Bioequivalence)
• Home based option
• Cross between clinical development and clinical operations

Basic Requirements

• Over 10 years experience in clinical research
• Specific experience in global Bioequivalence studies
• Ideally experience managing local or global teams
• Experience in clinical development
• Life science degree
• Currently located in the EU
