NonStop Pharma is currently working alongside an international renowned company within the medical food/medical nutrition industry in order to find their new Business Unit Manager whose task will be the launch of a brand new line of products and the direct management of a team of 3-5 people.

The company, based in the North of Italy, has a great history within the industry and is well-known for the quality of their products and the reach of their marketing campaigns, meaning you will actually join a key player in the industry, feature that will increase your visibility, your skills and pave the way to senior managerial positions.

We are looking for the following skills:


  • At least 8 years in business related positions (both marketing and sales ideally; marketing is 100% necessary)
  • A minimum of 3 years experience in the medical food/ special nutrition field is much appreciated
  • Proven track record in specialty care leadership roles
  • International experience within the industry in key roles
  • Fluency in both English and Italian

    • The scope of the role will be international, offering the chance to understand new markets, feature that will improve the chances of you becoming the next director.
