KA /152014/2 - Sales Director - Consumable Diagnostics - Zurich, Switzerland

A developing start up company with innovative technology for the diagnostics consumables market require a Sales Director to lead the global strategy for their EU team, whilst managing a small team and driving sales across the Swiss market.

This company are at the forefront of technology and have recently received a large amount of funding to continue their research and growth. They require an experienced leader with a start up mentality who has a passion for new products and previous experience within the consumables market. In return, they will offer you the change to build up a market and shape processes put in place from 2016. You'll be working with a newly formed sales team, as well as leading strategic decisions as part of the management team.

As a Sales Director for diagnostic consumables, candidates are expected to bring the following skills:

  • At least 8 years of sales leadership experience
  • Working experience on both a local and international level
  • Previous experience working with consumable lifescience and/or diagnostic products
  • Fluent English and ideally German
  • Candidates must be based close to Zurich, Switzerland when not travelling
