Purpose
The Associate Product Manager/Product Manager will be part of the global service product management team. This team is responsible for the strategy, pricing, and product line maintenance for all products within the core service business and managing their product lifecycles.
Key Responsibilities
The Associate Product Manager/Product Manager will be part of the global service product management team. This team is responsible for the strategy, pricing, and product line maintenance for all products within the core service business and managing their product lifecycles.
Key Responsibilities
- Create product roadmap and vision and develop quantifiable strategies for profitable growth
- Understand the competitive landscape, identify market opportunities, and create requirements based on VOC
- Deliver customer value and user experience
- Ensure product deliverables and milestones are met
- Partner internally with all areas of development including operations, marketing, sales, tech support, training and customer service to ensure product readiness
