Research Assistant in Complex Oral Health Interventions

Do you have expertise and experience of using behaviour change methodologies to design and evaluate complex interventions? Are you passionate about working with stakeholders and local communities to co-design oral health interventions and evaluate you them in the local community?

This post is fixed term to cover a period of maternity leave. You will use behaviour change methodology and engage with a number of different stakeholders to co-design and refine oral health interventions delivered within the local Bradford community.  This is an exciting opportunity to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team and interact with the wider CLAHRC Healthy Children Healthy Families research group.

You will hold an honours degree in Psychology or a cognate discipline and preferably a higher degree (e.g., MSc, PhD) in an applied field of study such as Health, Social or Child Psychology. You should have experience of research project management and working with non-academic communities. Evidence of successful work with young people is highly desirable. You should be highly organised, motivated, competent in working to tight deadlines and able to communicate effectively to a range of audiences in both oral and written mediums.
