The School of Nursing is currently seeking a highly organised administration professional to assist with the delivery of our Postgraduate Programmes.

You’ll work with a diverse range of stakeholders, including students and clinical academics, in a dynamic and complex environment.  Your duties will include the administration, set-up and running of the student Learning Management System CANVAS; clinical examinations; supporting students and teaching staff; collating assignments for marking; and being the face of the School.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need the following skills and experience:

  • 3-5 years’ administration experience, ideally gained in a tertiary environment. You’ll need to be fully proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook;
  • Immaculate attention to detail, with excellent organisational skills and the ability to effectively manage a busy workload;
  • Excellent interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills, as you will be working collaboratively as part of a high-performing team with an outstanding customer focus for the school’s key stakeholders.
