Regulatory Officer - Biocides

Our client seeks a junior OR midlevel regulatory profile, perhaps somebody with a chemistry degree and brief regulatory experience in any of the above areas (notifications). You will support the Regulatory Manager and support/help the registration process. This is an ideal opportunity to transform your regulatory experience into an all rounder as well as open up other industries as the company will train and develop you within all of the regulations (Biocides, Pesticide, REACh, GHS, CLP). This level of training is unheard of.

THE OPPORTUNITY

You will be involved in the Regulatory submissions of Biocides and possible Cosmetics / Personal care. However, given our clients product range, there is a strong chance you could be exposed to other regulations such as other areas Biocides such as REACH (IUCLID) and Pesticides.

Utilising your regulatory knowledge you will ensure compliance under Biocides, you will be responsible for product notifications and registrations of cosmetics, fragrances, biocides, sanitisers and aerosols.

REACh, BPD, Pesticide legislation and any other Plant Protection Product legislation.

Working in a team of around 6, you will have the opportunity to work in a vibrant and friendly team allowing ability to learn from one another.

QUALIFICATIONS

The ideal candidate will have a Chemistry, Environmental or science related degree .

Sound regulatory experience and knowledge. All areas are considered (Biocides, PPP or REACh)

Experience of product notifications and registrations of cosmetics is ideal. Additional regulations such as fragrances, biocides, sanitisers and aerosols will be welcomed.

This is a perfect role for somebody to step into a company to further develop recent regulatory experience. Training and development will be offered in Regulatory areas outside of your knowledge, However you will need to demonstrate some level of regulatory experience (not entry level).
