Location - Greater Copenhagen area

My client has an interesting opportunity in their Pharmacovigilance Science Department - a fast paced environment with many deadlines and many tasks simultaneously. We are looking for an independent and adaptable person who has skills in multitasking and prioritising to collect data, create and handle documents in an electronic data management system.

You will be working in a team of two in an open space and informal environment to provide document support and retrieve data from the safety database to the science team of the Pharmacovigilance department. You will collect data, create documents, prepare the documents for submission to regulatory authorities and you file and handle the documents in an electronic data management system.

Some of your main duties would be to coordinate and compile PV documents for all products, maintain the schedule for periodic and ad-hoc reports, Gather and administrate data related to pharmacovigilance, Distribute reports and supporting documents to obtain internal review and approvals and Perform quality compliance tracking of documents submitted to authorities.

Previous experience in a similar role is a big plus and experience in the ARISg database is an advantage. You thrive in a role where you are the one that finalises documents before submission to authorities. You have a good overall understanding of IT-systems/programmes, and you are eager to learn more.
