Job Details

A professional opportunity has come forward as a Indirect Channel Manager to work for a multinational company, where you will help developing the market with a high-tech products portfolio, while working for a leading medical devices company.

Your main responsibilities will include being the channel of communication between the relevant departments (R&D, marketing, RA, etc.) and your distributor sales team, to ensure that all goals are aligned and overachieve individual and team targets - making your own mark and developing your network!

The role is home based (yes, organise your own time!), covering the Eastern Europe area and based in Poland. Furthermore, my client is offering a competitive basic salary (negotiable depending on experience), an achievable on targets bonus scheme, and other perks and benefits - such as car allowance, private medical insurance, IT equipment… - while enhancing your professional profile with top of the range products.

Further requirements:

  • A life science or business related degree - a relevant Masters or PhD would be an advantage.
  • 2+ years experience selling technical medical device products, with experience working with distributors and managing a team.
  • Experience communicating with different departments, aligning the company goals and ensuring that the targets are met throughout your team.
  • Ability to travel internationally within the Eastern Europe area.
