Job Details
A world leading medical device company are currently looking for a human resources manager to join their global team. This will be an independent role where you will be responsible for both the strategy and hands on aspects of HR. A global role with the prospects of working with a range of sites and on an international scale.
As the HR manager in this role your responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:
- Working on the local and international strategy of talent management, recruitment.
- Full life cycle role, working closely with senior management.
- Play a key role in the day to day HR tasks, from on boarding to training.
A great varied role for a human resources professional looking to develop their career across the full life cycle.
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- A strong human resources background, with management experience.
- Prior experience in the medical device or life science industry would be a plus.
- Good knowledge of the Swiss labour law.
- Fluency in both English and German.
