Senior Principal Pricing & Market Access

NonStop Pharma has been engaged by one of the top global market access consultancies to hire them an additional Senior Principal Pricing & Market Access (PMA) for Europe.

As an employer they have a huge global workforce with over 10,000 staff members with expertise in many fields of the pharma industry. This includes the market access and commercialisation function that you will be a part of. You will be based in their London office and will be a key senior figure within the PMA division of the company. Your work will be one of the key drivers of further business growth in Europe.

As a Senior Principal you'll be in charge of many different key aspects of the business. A huge part of the position is to drive business growth through Business Development, which will be up to 80% of your time. You will be working with the senior staff of client organisations and contacts within your network. You will gain further work with existing clients and generate new clients of the business. You will also have line management responsibilities, with likely 5 or 6 direct reports. In regards to your team you will need to manage them and ensure their development within the company so they can fulfil their potential within the business.

REQUIREMENTS

• you MUST have a lot of experience working in a pricing & market access function in a consultancy
• you must be very capable and experienced in business development, specifically selling consultancy services
• you must have line management experience
• you must be able to be based out of London, all though European travel is likely to be around 25-30%
